The building originally opened as the St. James Hotel. Now transformed into a Palisociety hotel, the property features 122 guest rooms, a new restaurant, private event space, and a roof deck.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>All guest rooms are spread across ten floors with queen, king, suite and ADA accessible accommodation available. In-room amenities include Diptyque bath products, Nespresso coffee machines, Bellino linens, Smeg mini fridges, and more.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The Saint James French Diner is an original concept from Palisociety\u2019s dining group, led by executive chef Casey Lane. The menu blends classic American diner with French bistro cuisine and is open for breakfast, lunch and dinner.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Up on the eleventh floor, the open-air rooftop deck features a lounge area alongside a bar serving wine, cocktails and small bites.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Forthcoming 2023 locations for&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/boutiquehotelnews.com\/?s=Palisociety\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Palisociety<\/a>&nbsp;include Hollywood, Carmel-by-the-Sea, Tampa and New Orleans.&nbsp;Currently, the group operates 11 Palihotel and&nbsp;four ARRIVE properties.&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/boutiquehotelnews.com\/news\/industry\/palisociety-acquires-arrive-hotels\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">ARRIVE Hotels &amp;
