The collection \u2013 which comprises Bartley Lodge, Beaulieu Inn, Burley Manor and Forest Lodge \u2013 has been privately owned for the past 40 years. The current owners wish to retire.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Located throughout the New Forest National Park in Hampshire, the properties offer exclusive gardens and leisure facilities including function and banqueting suites for weddings and events.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Garry Baldwin, managing director of the New Forest Collection said: \u201cThis is a great opportunity for a new owner to take on an excellent operation, with committed roots to our New Forest National Park location, great assets and above all scope to see further success with the current teams\u2019 expertise. There is significant scope for an experienced owner\/operator to invest in the hotels with existing planning consents, providing value enhancement alongside benefitting from their exception unique and iconic locations.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Bellfield added: \u201cWe expect the hotels to appeal to a wide range of buyers including those looking to purchase a single asset as well as those looking to expand their current portfolio. We also anticipate high levels of interest from both national and international investors attracted to the UK hotel market. The hotels are available freehold as a group, sub-group or individual assets.\u201d<\/p>\n
