href=\"https:\/\/www.palmettohotelcharleston.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">The Palmetto<\/a>&nbsp;, abrir\u00e1 sus puertas en marzo de 2023.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ubicado en el Barrio Franc\u00e9s de Charleston en Carolina del Sur, The Palmetto marca el primer proyecto de Dreamscape en los estados del sur de Estados Unidos.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El Palmetto contar\u00e1 con 45 habitaciones y suites junto con un bar en el vest\u00edbulo que servir\u00e1 c\u00f3cteles y un men\u00fa ligero de origen local.&nbsp;Est\u00e1 previsto que un restaurante de alta cocina vecino, Slightly North of Broad, se asocie con el hotel tras su apertura.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Scott Broder, presidente de hospitalidad de Dreamscape, dijo: \u201cEl Palmetto es una propiedad verdaderamente especial en Charleston que esperamos que sea una instituci\u00f3n local durante muchos a\u00f1os m\u00e1s.&nbsp;Esperamos que su estilo sencillo, su ubicaci\u00f3n privilegiada y su servicio impecable resuenen tanto entre los lugare\u00f1os como entre los turistas de Charleston\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dreamscape est\u00e1 dirigida por el fundador y director ejecutivo Eric Birnbaum.&nbsp;El equipo ha desplegado colectivamente m\u00e1s de $35 mil millones en capital en sectores residencial, minorista, hotelero, entretenimiento y juegos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Las propiedades hoteleras en las que Dreamscape
